Turpin Civic Planning provides quality, affordable plans and studies for cities and towns of all sizes to help get projects off the ground. We understand that smart local growth takes good plans. For many smaller communities, these plans can feel out of reach. TCP gives governments and agencies what they need in less time, with less effort, and with less strain on local budgets.

Neal Turpin, PhD, AICP, is a city planner with nearly a decade of experience in local government. He has a Masters in Public Administration and a PhD in Urban and Public Affairs. He is accredited with the American Planning Association (AICP) and the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU-A). He has also taught Public Policy and Administration at the University of Louisville.
